it has been many lightyears…
greetings and salutations
i’m actually surprised we still have followers so for those who have stuck it out and decided to keep us on your list of favorite tumblrs (clearly) let me fill you in on our everyones lives here at falling awake:
back in february we played a sold out show with one of my personal favorite bands, my american heart, at chain reaction in anaheim. everything went swell minus the fact that our then guitarist, kyle, decided to be a tough guy and fight with a security guard.

anywhoo, we also booked our first out of state show. two weeks prior to that show, guess who bailed on us? the tough guy. we were at a loss and didn’t know who would want to play guitar with us. just our luck. so then i, alex hamilton, had the greatest idea ever. LETS CALL JONNY.
JONNYS BACK IN THE BAND! HOOOOORAH!
we played at this venue called the box office in las vegas, nevada. it was one of the best shows we’ve ever played as a band. i noticed that the fans in vegas were so much more grateful that people came to play music for them and we made a lot of new friends. we’ll be back later this summer for sure.
we also have a merch/tech dude now! his name is richie and i think he looks like zayn from one direction. therefore i am also in love with him. whatchu think ladies?
we’re also heading out on tour this summer! we’re going out with our friends in the band the morning amour from arizona! we’ll be hitting up the west coast in july. dates/venues will be released very soon!
